Restart by Gordon Korman

Restart by Gordon Korman is a very intriguing book that pulls you in from the beginning. Restart is about a boy named Chase Ambrose. Chase fell off the roof of his house and got amnesia, thankfully Chase still remembered how to walk and talk, but all of his memories got erased and he couldn’t remember who any of his friends, family members were, or even what school he went to.

When Chase first goes back to school, he learns a lot more about himself. None of the other children seem to want to go near him and run away when he gets close. However, there is one student that just seems aggravated by Chase, staring daggers at him whenever she gets the chance.

Chase decides that he has to learn more about himself and why everyone is so scared of him. Chase doesn’t feel like a bully though, he wants to help people, unlike his old self. Chase got the chance to be able to restart his life and think about his decisions. Will he become a bully again or choose to be a better person?

Restart is a very interesting book that you just want to keep on reading. Every chapter goes by in a flash and many twists happen along the way to keep the reader enveloped in the story.
